Office Fitouts

Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring our clients’ expectations are exceeded is extremely important to the Tornado Group. Every Tornado Group project has a senior staff member allocated as a single point of contact responsible for the project delivery.

Refurbishment

We additionally work with multiple Interior Designers who each bring their unique skills to the table when designing Fitouts and refurbishments.

Tornado Group have delighted clients by delivering stunning office refurbishments, while the office space is empty or while occupied.

Landlord Works

It is the Landlords responsibility to ensure that the property is maintained and Tornado Group are able to look after all aspects. We currently look after multiple buildings , taking care of the general building maintenance as well as tenancy fitout and facilities maintenance.

Base Building Make Good

Tornado Group have experience on a large variety of make good projects, from simple paint, carpet tile and ceiling repairs, to major make good projects that include full bathroom renovations, large scale painting projects, ceilings, floor finishes/ electrical, fire & mechanical services.

After Care/ Maintenance

Tornado Group are able to offer both existing and new customers Project Aftercare as well as Ongoing Maintenance in their office space.
